Standard Features

Differential Pressure Gauge

  • Provides visual indication of particulate contamination

  • Shows green when the elements are clean

Electronic Reminder

  • Battery-powered, timed indicator

  • Simple pull-tab activation

  • Flashing yellow LED is easy to see

  • Provides a month-long continuous reminder when element replacement is due

    Note: Elements be replaced once they become saturated with oil. Oil saturation will not activate the differential pressure gauge, but it does inhibit the performance of the Extractor / Dryer ®

Convenient Element Replacement

How it works

  1. Compressed air containing tiny particles of dirt, dust, oil, rust and moisture, enters the first stage of the LA-MAN® Extractor / Dryer® Filter.

  2. A coalescing effect occurs as air passes through a cartridge mesh filter which captures larger particles and causes moisture to form larger droplets.

  3. Air velocity lessens as it enters the extraction chamber allowing particles to collect and moisture to condense on the honeycomb.

  4. Particle laden water flows along the bottom and out the drain.

  5. Air passes through the second stage wire supported fiber filter cartridge which captures remaining particles down to 5 microns.

  6. Remaining moisture and contaminants are dried and filtered in the second stage filter.

  7. Exhaust air is clean and dry - no dirt, rust, oil, or water drops to disrupt air equipment operation.

LA-MAN® can meet your needs with many options in capacity, capabilities, and accessories to custom fit your compressed air environment.

For the larger demands of sandblasting, steel mills, or paper mills, our Model 180 with a capacity of 500 SCFM protects heavy duty equipment. The Model 140 with a capacity of 250 SCFM is ideal for heavy industry applications -- such as chemical plants and automotive manufacturing. The Model 120 is perfectly suited for either food processing or bottling plants.

Smaller Models 110 through 520B fill the gambit from textile mills, paint and body shops to highly specialized air operated plasma cutters and the dental market.

The LA-MAN® units can be relied upon to maintain maximum performance for years. Only a routine clean and filter change is needed to keep and maintain optimum operational effectiveness.
