This series is applied to welding robots with higher positioning precision. It dresses upper and lower tips separately by teaching position to the welding robot without the need for a gun force switcher. *In case the positioning accuracy of welding robot is not very precise, please apply 30 series instead. This series dresses both upper and lower electrode tips at one time so that it gives concentricity of both tips as well as good finish. However, a gun force switcher is required. This series dresses upper and lower tips separately by teaching position to the robot without the need for a gun force switcher. Full pneumatic actuation type initiates rotation of air motor and air blow by spot gun's press of an air limit switch. Only teaching operation is required for a welding robot. (Single cutter blade is applied.) |
